Compensation:

$147,000-$211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build the Cloud Billing Monetizer platform for Google Cloud services.
  • Optimize billing calculations for large usage data sets.
  • Develop new billing capabilities and models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing data.
  • Maintain a flexible system architecture for various billing features.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of software development experience in Java or 1 year with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in backend software systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with software product release cycles and large-scale data processing.
