Compensation:
$174,000-$255,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI technologies that empower Google users.
- Collaborate with research teams to apply Large Language Model (LLM) techniques.
- Design and deliver new features for Gemini's applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into app features.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to enhance team expertise.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- 5 years of experience with backend technologies or system software development.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- Experience with AI Agents and LLM-based frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
