Software Developer III

This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD 150,000-154,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop new HTML, CSS, and JS features in Chromium's Blink open-source C++ codebase.
• Develop feature test suites using HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Work with web specification working groups and external browser vendors.
• Identify, investigate, and fix issues with existing Blink Rendering features.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms, C++, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in large code bases.
