This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Compensation:
CAD 150,000-154,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end development of cloud-based communication systems integrations for AI agents.
- Define and deliver technical designs for integrating AI agents into chat and voice surfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and AI research teams to enhance customer support experiences.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with generative AI or conversational AI systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with communication systems and AI agents.
