Senior UX Researcher, Health and Fitness

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UX research strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product Management, and Engineering leaders.
• Provide a user-centered perspective in product discussions and design reviews.
• Integrate technical and business requirements into research design.
• Innovate and apply novel UXR approaches for LLM-based products.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in an applied research setting.
• Experience with various research methods.
• Collaboration experience with Engineers and Product Managers.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience working with executive leadership.
• Experience with LLM-based products.
• Strong communication skills for presenting research findings.
