Senior Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain Planning

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the holistic portfolio management process for ASCII (Alphabet Supply Chain Intelligence and Innovation).
• Establish and manage a reporting framework, create dashboards and metrics for program status and engineering health.
• Standardize, automate, and improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the organization.
• Manage the portfolio of engineering tools and partner with engineering for tool evaluation and integration.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with resource planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD, and engineering productivity metrics.
• Experience in redesigning processes and deploying automation.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders.
