Compensation:

$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Write and test system-level code in Go for managing Kubernetes clusters in air-gapped environments.
  • Architect distributed backend components for fleet management.
  • Lead design reviews and evaluate technical trade-offs.
  • Review code and provide feedback on Go best practices.
  • Triage and debug system issues to maintain cloud infrastructure quality.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of software development experience with Go in a Linux environment.
  • 3 years of experience in testing and maintaining software products.
  • Experience with Kubernetes architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with Kubernetes extensions and distributed systems.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical alignment.
