Location: Reston, VA, USA

Compensation:

$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve front-end software applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Build reusable and scalable front-end architectures.
  • Optimize web applications for speed and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in software product testing, maintenance, or launch.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and APIs.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI US Government clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large-scale codebases and micro-frontend architectures.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
