Compensation:

$174000 - $253000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze vulnerability trends and implement secure frameworks.
  • Perform security design reviews for new YouTube features.
  • Lead technical response for security incidents.
  • Research platform-specific risks in YouTube's mobile ecosystems.
  • Integrate security tools throughout the application development life-cycle.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience with security assessments and design reviews.
  • 5 years of coding experience in general purpose languages.
  • 5 years of experience with security engineering and protocols.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with vulnerability analysis and remediation.
  • Mobile application security experience in Android or iOS.
  • Familiarity with Objective-C, Swift, Java, or Kotlin.
