Senior Security Engineer, SaaS Protection

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Protect Google's enterprise usage of third-party SaaS platforms.
• Perform security reviews of incremental changes in existing systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews or threat modeling.
• 5 years of coding experience in one or more general purpose languages.
• 5 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud or SaaS security.
• Understanding of federated Authentication (AuthN) and Authorization (AuthZ) technologies.
• Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., protocols, topologies, encryption).
• Ability to design and develop new security control implementations.
