This role is based in Reston, VA, USA, with remote options available in Colorado, Maryland, Texas, and Virginia.

Compensation:

$166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable security solutions and custom assets.
  • Define long-term security strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
  • Evaluate security risks and lead the full solution life-cycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with system architecture and global infrastructure deployment.
  • 2 years of experience in security engineering and protocols.
  • Experience coding in one or more general-purpose languages.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in security assessments and threat modeling.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
  • Ability to secure products on GCP using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
