This role is based in Reston, VA, USA with remote options available in Colorado, Maryland, Texas, and Virginia.

Compensation:

$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable security solutions and custom assets.
  • Define long-term security strategies and roadmaps.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to influence product decisions.
  • Evaluate security risks and lead the solution lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in system architecture and global infrastructure deployment.
  • 5 years of coding experience in general purpose languages.
  • 2 years of experience in security engineering and protocols.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in security assessments and threat modeling.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security areas.
  • Ability to secure products on cloud platforms using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
