Senior Security Engineer, AI Protection

Compensation:

$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Cloud AI security initiatives and mentor teams on secure operational practices.
  • Identify and analyze novel attack vectors targeting AI agents.
  • Lead adversarial simulations and architect testing frameworks to expose vulnerabilities.
  • Pioneer vulnerability research methodologies to discover unknown attack vectors.
  • Direct investigation and mitigation of high-severity AI abuse incidents.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews.
  • 5 years of experience with security engineering and protocols.
  • 5 years of coding experience in general-purpose languages.
  • 1 year of experience leading teams in a technical capacity.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in applied vulnerability research or advanced pen testing.
  • Experience in AI Red Teaming or AI bug bounties.
  • Understanding of Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models.
