Senior Security Engineer, AI Protection

This role is based in Seattle, WA.
Compensation:
$174,000-$252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive Cloud AI security initiatives and mentor teams on secure operational practices.
- Identify and analyze novel attack vectors targeting AI agents.
- Lead adversarial simulations and architect testing frameworks to expose vulnerabilities.
- Pioneer vulnerability research methodologies to discover unknown attack vectors.
- Direct investigation and mitigation of high-severity AI abuse incidents.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews.
- 5 years of experience with security engineering and protocols.
- 5 years of coding experience in general-purpose languages.
- 1 year of experience leading teams in a technical capacity.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in applied vulnerability research or advanced pen testing.
- Experience in AI Red Teaming or AI bug bounties.
- Understanding of Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models.
