Senior Interaction Designer, Commerce, Google Workspace Monetization

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Design initiatives to business outcomes, partnering with Product Manager peers to drive user acquisition, engagement, and churn.
• Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Contribute to tools direction with deep user empathy, enhancing quality and consistency across flows.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Lead UX strategy for Workspace Commerce, collaborating on roadmaps across the buying and upgrade experience.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience with design tools like Figma.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration to advance business objectives.
• Knowledge of front-end code and AI tools.
• Excellent visual design skills.
