Senior Forward Deployed Developer, Agent Development

Location:

Waterloo, ON, Canada; Toronto, ON, Canada

Compensation:

CAD 216,000-221,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Partner with strategic customers to design, co-develop, debug, and deploy custom conversational AI agents.
• Write bespoke code and develop custom tooling to resolve critical customer issues.
• Create reusable tools and documentation to establish best practices across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance on agent improvement and production readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience with speech/audio technology or ML infrastructure.
• Experience with core GenAI concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience in Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dialogflow.
