Compensation:

$174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Android and Microcontroller unit (MCU) device drivers for AR platforms.
  • Integrate and bring up new wireless chipsets.
  • Drive improvements in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driver performance.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineering and power teams to optimize connectivity solutions.
  • Lead technical engagements with third-party partners.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of software development experience in C/C++, Firmware, Connectivity, Embedded Systems.
  • 3 years of experience testing or launching software products.
  • Experience with embedded development and Android platform.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with low-level embedded systems and device drivers.
