Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify security issues and implement security controls.
  • Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and create proof of concept exploits.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to set security expectations.
  • Assess vulnerabilities and recommend fixes.
  • Prototype and build security tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with security assessments or design reviews.
  • 2 years of experience in security engineering and protocols.
  • 2 years of coding experience in general-purpose languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with threat modeling and secure software development practices.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and applied cryptography.
  • Ability to use and tune static analysis tools.
