This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$147,000 - $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify security vulnerabilities and analyze active threats to inform response and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and implement robust security controls, tools, and services to enhance system and process security.
  • Operate information security systems and execute established procedures to respond to potential threats.
  • Contribute significant features and bug fixes to existing security tools and products.
  • Own complex, short-lived operational tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Security Engineering-related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience in security assessments, vulnerability analysis, offensive security, penetration testing, threat modeling, security architecture review, security design reviews, systems hardening, or secure configuration management.
