This role is based in Illinois or California with remote options available.

Compensation:

$108,000-$155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Enable technology and tools for automation in a cyber defense center.
  • Collaborate with teams to define requirements and deliver recommendations.
  • Maintain operational readiness of client SOAR and create new automations.
  • Advise on technologies for incident response.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field.
  • 3 years of experience with SOAR technologies and incident response teams.
  • Experience with SIEM solutions and scripting (e.g., Python).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
  • Experience with commercial SIEM technologies.
  • Understanding of security controls and incident response processes.
