Program Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and Operations

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize procurement operations, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for procurement systems.
- Drive invoice resolution and manage category-specific programs.
- Manage multiple programs ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Design and implement Supply Chain solutions, translating business requirements into functional designs.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience with manufacturing or supply chain management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program management within supply chain management.
- Experience with end-to-end procurement processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in driving improvement and LEAN Supply Chain Methodologies.
- Familiarity with systems including Kinaxis, E2Open, and ERP systems.
