Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional program teams to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
  • Plan and execute operations development activities ensuring transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters.
  • Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners.
  • Motivate teams to optimize the supply chain while accounting for risks and schedule changes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in networking, cloud, or data center environments.
  • Experience managing NPI programs for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) hardware.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs) and assembly processes.
