$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

Lead multi-disciplinary projects, plan requirements with internal customers, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the team's primary point of contact to establish, organize, and manage workflows.
  • Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives.
  • Monitor and communicate progress, identify project risks, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Ensure process, quality, and compliance standards across deployments.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with deploying hardware in data centers or in the telecom industry.
  • Experience managing hardware lifecycles for servers, networking, or third-party equipment infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working with data center hardware.
  • Experience with supply chain management.
  • Ability to communicate with business and technical partners.
