Program Manager, EHS Program Management Office, Strategy and Execution

This role is based in Reston, VA or Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end execution of EHS programs, ensuring high-quality delivery on time, within scope, and on budget across global regions.
• Manage business partners' execution of the EHS portfolio, auditing performance to ensure projects meet organizational benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
• Track project health via data-driven KPIs, providing executive updates and escalating critical risks to executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 7 years of experience in Program Management or EHS Leadership in industrial environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing KPIs and project health metrics to monitor performance and implement process improvements.
• Ability to oversee third-party business partners or vendors.
