Location: Mountain View, CA, USA
Compensation:
$147,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for the PMax Transformer using Java/Kotlin, C++, GoogleSQL, and related technologies.
- Maintain and improve the health, performance, scalability, and reliability of the PMax Transformer.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to understand requirements and ship features.
- Monitor production systems and provide timely resolutions to ensure system stability.
- Identify and advocate for system improvements and new AI technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in software development with Java or C++.
- 2 years of experience with API design and distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience programming in Kotlin and with Google technologies such as GoogleSQL, F1.
