Engineering Manager, YouTube Live Mobile Creation

This role is based in San Bruno, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-stack projects with critical business impact.
• Lead advancements in YouTube camera, streaming, and effects technologies.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience with iOS or Android application development.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of engineering manager experience.
• 2 years of experience in full-stack product engineering.
• Experience working on or leading a mobile developers team.
• Experience with video streaming, mobile applications, video camera, and audio capture technologies.
