This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and determine root causes for customer-reported issues.
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Work with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
- 2 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies.
- Experience with Linux/Unix system administration and programming/scripting languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technical consulting for enterprise customers.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud computing.
