Staff Software Engineer - Data Sync Team (Golang, Python, AWS) - open to remote across ANZ

This role is based in Perth, WA, Australia, with hybrid remote options available.

What you'll do:

• Drive technical strategy for data pipeline workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to engineering standards across Canva.
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and advocate for engineering requirements.
• Lead improvements to code structure and reduce technical debt.
• Mentor and develop team members.
