Staff Software Engineer - Data Sync Team (Golang, Python, AWS) - open to remote across ANZ

This role is based in Sydney, Australia, with hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Drive technical strategy for data pipeline workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to engineering standards.
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and advocate for engineering requirements.
• Lead improvements to code structure and reduce technical debt.
• Mentor team members and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise with Python or Go programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and data structures.
• Experience with AWS and ideally GCP cloud environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
