Staff Software Engineer - Data Sync Team (Golang, Python, AWS) - open to remote across ANZ

This role is based in Sydney, Australia, with hybrid remote options available.

What you’ll do:

• Drive technical strategy for data pipeline workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to engineering standards.
• Define and roll out new tools and processes for engineering effectiveness.
• Mentor team members and identify growth opportunities.
