Staff Software Engineer - Data Platform Workflow

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Map the end-to-end user journey on the data platform, identifying bottlenecks.
• Build agent-ready platforms for AI integration.
• Define standards for AI-native analytics within the platform.
• Measure impact through metrics on adoption and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI-native platforms and data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Go, and data platform tools like Snowflake and dbt.
• Ability to set technical standards across teams.
