Staff Software Engineer - Data Platform Workflow

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with a hybrid work model.

What you'll do:

• Map the end-to-end analytics journey for data platform users.
• Build agent-ready platforms for AI integration.
• Define standards for AI-native analytics.
• Measure impact through metrics on adoption and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI-native platforms and workflow ownership.
• Strong background in data platforms and engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in Go or Java.
• Understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS.

Tech stack:

Snowflake, dbt, modern BI tools, CI/CD for data pipelines.
