Staff Backend Software Engineer - User Platform

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with a hybrid work model allowing for remote collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with a backend team to extend and scale the User Platform.
• Design and maintain high-performance systems for user management.
• Work on decomposing existing services and building new ones.

Requirements:

• Experience in building high-performance Java backend systems.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving mentality.

Nice to have:

• Experience with authentication and permission systems.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB.
