Staff Backend Engineer- Java - API Platform (Remote across ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for API platforms.
• Guide implementation and mentor other engineers.
• Propose innovative solutions for distributed cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in developing distributed web applications, primarily using Java.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with large distributed cloud environments, ideally AWS.
