Senior Software Engineer - AI Developer Tooling Workflows (open to remote across ANZ)

Sydney, Australia (remote options available across ANZ)

What you’ll be doing:

• Shape and execute enterprise-level strategic roadmap for AI developer workflows.
• Build and enhance AI tooling infrastructure.
• Research and develop AI paved paths.
• Collaborate with Platform teams to adopt AI tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex AI tooling issues.
• Conduct industry research and trial AI tools.

You’re probably a match if:

• Strong knowledge in Computer Engineering/Science fundamentals.
• Experience with Python and/or Go programming languages.
• Familiarity with AI tooling for software engineering.
• Understanding of MCPs, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Experience in developing AI workloads and orchestration.
• Infrastructure/platform engineering experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated technical leadership.
