This role is based in Sydney, Australia, with remote options available across ANZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver features from design to implementation and release.
  • Build cross-telemetry applications for actionable insights.
  • Own and operate platform infrastructure for observability applications.
  • Partner with engineering teams to gather requirements and create tooling solutions.
  • Participate in incident response and improve observability tools.
  • Guide and mentor team members in observability practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Computer Engineering/Science fundamentals.
  • Experience with React for frontend and Golang for backend development.
  • Deep observability knowledge from SRE or observability teams.
  • Proficiency with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
