Senior Fullstack Engineer - Observability (open to remote across ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with hybrid work options available.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver features, taking ownership of the entire lifecycle from design to release.
- Build cross-telemetry applications to provide actionable insights.
- Own and operate platform infrastructure for observability applications.
- Partner with engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into tooling solutions.
- Participate in incident response and improve tools based on operational experience.
- Guide and mentor team members in observability practices.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Computer Engineering/Science fundamentals.
- Experience with React for frontend and Golang for backend development.
- Deep observability knowledge from SRE or observability teams.
- Proficiency with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
