Senior Backend Engineer - Java - Product Platform

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with onsite work expected.

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve core backend frameworks and developer APIs.
• Design scalable systems that are easy to maintain.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance feature delivery.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in backend systems.
• Proficiency in Java or other JVM-based languages.
• Strong understanding of API design and modular architecture.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
