Senior Backend Engineer - Feature Control, Remote ANZ

What you’ll do:

• Build and evolve backend systems for feature flagging and progressive delivery.
• Design safe rollout patterns and collaborate with teams to embed safety in development workflows.
• Maintain and improve performance, reliability, and scalability of flag infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews and cross-team architecture planning.

• You have experience in building platforms, internal tools, or safety-critical systems.
• Skilled in designing and scaling APIs and distributed systems.
• Comfortable managing infrastructure at scale using container orchestration platforms.
