Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team dedicated to building, scaling, and enhancing systems for security threat detection and response.
  • Act as a technical leader to guide project direction and execution.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support their growth.
  • Ensure top-tier detection, logging, and automation systems in a cloud-native environment.
  • Collaborate with the Detection & Response team and other engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong engineering background with experience in incident response and detection engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Ability to balance technical decision-making with people leadership.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Beneficial Experience:

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Experience in high growth startup environments.
