This internship is based in Sydney, Australia with remote work options available.

What you'll be working on:

  • Collaborating with your assigned team to design, develop, test and maintain your intern project.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for software development processes.
  • Learning tools and technologies to support secure software development.
  • Identifying security controls in Canva’s infrastructure.
  • Discovery and triage of vulnerabilities.

You'll thrive in this role if:

  • You are currently enrolled in studies between 2027 and mid-2028.
  • You have an interest in cyber security and proficiency in programming languages like Golang, Python, or Java.
  • You can commit to the full-time summer program from early December 2026 to late February 2027.
