Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of security engineers focusing on threat modeling and security tool rollouts.
- Own the internal security strategy, balancing security, compliance, and developer experience.
- Coach and develop engineers, providing regular feedback.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Customer Support to enhance security.
- Drive internal adoption of security systems.
Required Experience:
- Ability to build a strategy balancing usability, security, and compliance.
- Experience managing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to threat model complex systems.
- Experience with external stakeholder teams to deliver secure SaaS solutions.
- Understanding of IT environments and security technologies.
Beneficial Experience:
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Golang, Java).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with identity management technologies.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR).
