Enterprise Security - Team Lead

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of security engineers focusing on threat modeling and security tool rollouts.
• Own the strategy for internal security, balancing security, compliance, and developer experience.
• Coach and develop engineers, providing regular feedback.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Customer Support to enhance security measures.
• Drive internal adoption of security systems.

Required Experience:

• Ability to build a strategy around access balancing usability and security.
• Experience managing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to threat model complex systems.
• Experience working with external stakeholders to deliver secure SaaS solutions.
• Understanding of internal IT environments and security technologies.

Beneficial Experience:

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Golang, or Java.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with identity management technologies.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR.
