Engineering Manager - Identity & Access (Open To Remote Across ANZ)

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with remote options available across ANZ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team designing and implementing authentication and authorization systems.
• Own the strategy for identity and access balancing security and developer experience.
• Coach and develop engineers, providing feedback for personal growth.
• Collaborate with partner groups to build scalable systems.
• Drive internal adoption of the systems developed.

Required Experience:

• Understanding of authentication and authorization technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Experience with languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
• Ability to design and build platform features end-to-end.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with policy-as-code methodologies.
• Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of audit and compliance frameworks.
