Engineering Manager - Elements Experience

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of frontend, backend, and ML engineers to deliver AI-powered content features.
• Set the technical vision for user content discovery and application.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and platform teams on architectural decisions.
• Use metrics to drive decisions and define success measures.
• Maintain high standards for reliability and performance.
• Support and grow a high-performing team of ~7 engineers.
