Engineering Manager - Elements Experience

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a balanced squad of frontend, backend, and ML engineers.
• Set the technical vision for user content discovery and application.
• Partner across Product, Design, and platform teams.
• Use metrics and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Maintain high reliability and performance standards.
• Support and grow a high-performing team of ~7 engineers.

Requirements:

• Experienced engineering leader across frontend, backend, and ML.
• Proven track record in developing people and team culture.
• Metrics-minded with a strong product sensibility.
• Strategic direction with hands-on technical support.
