Responsibilities:
- Coaching, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of engineers.
- Leading technical strategy and roadmap planning for the Help AI Platform.
- Building scalable backend systems and platform infrastructure.
- Driving experimentation and operational excellence across AI-powered support capabilities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand capabilities.
Requirements:
- Experience leading backend, platform, or AI/ML engineering teams.
- Strong technical depth across backend systems and distributed architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with AI platforms or conversational AI is highly regarded.
