Engineering Manager (BE) - Visual Suite Platform (Remote ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment and momentum across diverse teams and time zones.
• Partner with Product and Design to roadmap and resource goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Make technical decisions that shape the future of the Visual Suite Platform.
• Design, develop, and deploy features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Experience leading high-performing backend engineers.
• Strong technical background in backend systems and architectural design.
• Experience shipping complex products from concept to scale.
• Familiarity with distributed cloud environments (AWS experience is a bonus).
