Engineering Manager (BE) - Personalisation Solutions (ANZ Remote)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities:

Lead two backend teams: Personalisation Solutions and B2B Data Infrastructure. Drive technical strategy for personalized experiences, scale backend data systems, and support teams to deliver reliable services.

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering experience and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Java and experience with distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience in data engineering or analytics infrastructure.
• Passion for personalization and user-centric systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
