Engineering Manager (BE) - Metrics Platform (Remote ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia with remote options available.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of the new Metrics Platform from foundation to scale, build tools and infrastructure for business metrics, collaborate with Product and Data Science teams, and grow a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements:

• Experience leading platform teams, especially in data or metrics.
• Deep backend expertise across data infrastructure and internal tools.
• Ability to deliver technically complex products.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering an empathetic engineering culture.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of providing clarity in technical challenges.
