Engineering Manager (BE) - Metrics Platform (Remote ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Lead the technical delivery of the new Metrics Platform from foundation to scale.
• Build tools and infrastructure for standardizing and acting on key business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and TPMs for feature delivery.
• Lay groundwork for AI-driven analytics across Canva’s product organization.
• Grow and nurture a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive usage and adoption through fast iteration cycles.
